Before you subscribe
- Can I try it before starting the trial?
- Yes. Create a free account (no card) and open the demo for 14 days: Design and Simulate on one fixed 7 m soil profile — you set the drain, the smear zone, the loading and the target, plus the unit weight, C_k, σ′_p, C_r and β; the rest of the soil is fixed — with the probabilistic band, the sensitivity chart and a watermarked report. Your own soil profile, back-analysis, saved projects and the results workbook need a subscription.
- What happens during the free trial?
- You get everything the subscription includes for 7 days. A credit card is required to start it. Nothing is charged unless you keep the subscription after the 7 days, and you can cancel before then from your account page.
- How do I cancel?
- Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage billing — that opens Paddle, our payment provider, where you can cancel in a click. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also update your card or download invoices from the same place.
- Can I use it on more than one computer?
- Yes, on any computer, tablet or phone — one active session at a time. Signing in on a second device moves the session there and signs the first out, so your work is never open in two places at once. It is not tied to one machine.
- Can I use it on site?
- Yes — it is a browser application, so it opens on a laptop, tablet or phone with no installation. The full layout has been run on a large-screen phone, and back-analysis prints its report to PDF from the browser. You need an internet connection while you work, because your subscription is checked as you go.
- Do my projects stay private?
- Yes. Projects are saved as files on your own computer, and your account is visible only to you. Nothing you calculate is shared or published.
- What if it does not suit my work?
- Ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing. No reason is needed, and the guarantee applies once per customer. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
- Do you invoice firms?
- Yes. For several seats, purchase orders or an invoice in your own currency, get in touch and we will arrange it.
- Is there a student or academic price?
- Get in touch and tell us what you are working on. We would rather have the tool used in teaching and research than priced out of it.
